Thursday 6.00pm – 7.15pm at St Mary’s Priory Community Centre, Old Malton

Move safely while physically preparing for labour, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. 

  • Move – learn positions and movements to help make labour quicker and easier.
  • Breathe – practise techniques to help calm your mind. Ideal for anxiety and pain management.
  • Relax – and slow down, giving you time to bond with your bump. Plus the chance to chat with other mums-to-be.
