Christmas at the Castle, Sheriff Hutton

An enchanting audience with Santa in the stunning medieval hall at Sheriff Hutton Castle in North Yorkshire.

The combination of a magical visit for your children and the rare opportunity to visit Sheriff Hutton Castle – not normally open to the public – makes this a unique Christmas experience and one not to be missed.

You and your children will be welcomed into the inner courtyard of the castle, surrounded by the four ruined towers. Santa’s elves will keep your children entertained, while you enjoy complimentary drinks. Your kids will love having photos taken with the elves, and enjoying fun seasonal activities.

After a short walk through the Xmas Trees, you will come to the huge wooden doorway to the medieval hall in one of the towers.

A maximum of 16 children – together with accompanying adults – will then get to meet Santa! He will thrill the children by reading a story from his Christmas diary, talk to each individually and take part in a question and answer session! There will also an opportunity for photos. Before they leave, children can choose two small gifts to take home from Santa’s Toy Shop.

All in all, a magical hour awaits!
