There’s adventure waiting for all the family at Nunnington Hall this Easter

Families can enjoy a fun packed visit to Nunnington Hall this Easter. Saturday 23 March until Sunday 7 April. It’s open from 10.30am to 5pm, with last entry at 4.15pm.

Throughout the Easter school holiday, there’s a range of exciting activities at the National Trust property near Helmsley. Children can take part in an Easter egg hunt around the garden, with activities to be completed including an egg and spoon race, archery and boules, before receiving their egg.

Youngsters can also get creative with drawing and painting in the artists’ space and get hands-on with nature by seed planting in the cutting garden.

Over the Easter weekend, on Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April, there will be additional activities for people to get involved with in the garden, including races on the main lawn and bird feeder making.

Elsewhere outside, children can explore the Lion’s Den play area, where they can enjoy an obstacle course, rope bridge and climbing frame. They can also learn about composting and spend time in the bird watching area.

Normal property admission applies; adult £11, child £5.50 and family ticket £27.50. Free admission for National Trust members and under fives. Prices are £3 per trail, which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and a milk chocolate or Free Form egg.
