This form of Reflexology is adapted to suit the needs of babies. Parents will be shown a particular routine to perform on their own child(ren) during the session and will learn techniques to take home and use again and again .
It is a safe, non-invasive treatment which can be done anywhere as no clothes need to be removed. Baby Reflexology aims to develop the bonding process between parent and their child, it is calming and comforting and helps with ailments such as teething, digestive issues, sleep and more. We’ve developed this workshop to be delivered in the calm & tranquil surroundings of Bumpkins York, either during the week or on the Saturday session, depending on which suits you, delivered by complementary therapist Renni Prelle.
The workshop is suitable for babies from 4 weeks up to a year, it lasts 90 mins and costs £25 for 1 adult & 1 baby, if you’d like a partner to come along this costs an additional £10.
