The Bridlington Kite Festival, which was unfortunately cancelled earlier this year due to COVID-19, will become a virtual festival instead in 2020.
The festival, which is an annual celebration of kites, should have taken place at Sewerby Fields, Bridlington on Saturday, 16 and Sunday, 17 May 2020.
But as a virtual festival it will give participants, supporters and families the opportunity to take part and stay safe in the comfort of their own homes.
On Saturday, 16 May and Sunday, 17 May, from 10am-5pm, the whole family will be able to experience a weekend of fun through the Bridlington Kite Festival Facebook page.
It will come to life with a host of videos, photos, facts, competitions and interactive activities, including how to make your own kite at home.
