As a Mum-to-be, I really enjoyed the CalmFamily York Fourth Trimester course.
It was a friendly and relaxed environment for both me and my husband to ask questions and get excited about the new changes that are about to come our way very soon!
Lauren really got us thinking about not only the changes that will be happening for us but also the changes for our baby entering the world. She encourages us to think about how we can help him adapt to his new surroundings and understand what he may need from us in these first few months.
I loved that all the information she gave us was evidence based, not just people’s opinions and found the science of the brain development really interesting.
I will definitely be going back to Lauren for more courses as the baby grows up as I could see the knowledge she has will be really invaluable.
