Celebrating our 10th year we have lots of special events happening over the weekend to make this the most special festival yet. with some favourite bands supported by many new ones and a queen tribute (mercury) it should be a cracking sell-out weekend that is a must for families, even more free activities for children and lots for the whole family to enjoy, with five stages putting on all sorts of music genres that should cater for every taste.

To mark Staxtonburys 10th Anniversary we are planning to create a party atmosphere over the weekend 6th to 8th July that will stay in your memories for years to come. Again all the top bands from Yorkshire have been invited to perform ably supported by the best acoustic acts around on our five stages.
The Regions no1 children’s entertainer Magic Mike will be headlining the kids stage supported by amongst others Frank Lamingo and the Moo Music team as well as having their own disco. For the slightly older children we have an Arts and Crafts Marquee, tennis, football and golf coaching and the ever popular haystack, all free of charge. However if that’s not enough to keep the kids busy we have age ranging bouncy castles and slides, climbing walls, bungees, zorbs , a big wheel and many other fun activities adding to the excitement.
For Mums and Dads besides having the peace of mind that our arena is securely fenced and monitored by our small army of security officers, they can enjoy the entertainment which covers all genres of the music scene, with discounted food concessions from around the world and three bars along with many stalls to have a look around, theres something for all the family, even the grandparents if you want to bring them along.
