Free Sports Masterclasses followed by a Family Fun Day
On Saturday 29th June, we are throwing open our doors at Terrington Hall School to welcome all children who don’t attend the school, to come and take part in a sports morning with top coaches!
The classes are open to children aged 6-8 years, from 9am to midday, and are a great way to come and take part in a friendly free event.
We have three super coaches who can help you improve your skills:
Adam Shantry is the cricket professional at Shrewsbury School, he previously played for Warwickshire and Glamorgan. Adam’s keen to see as many of you as possible come and enjoy a great game out on our pitches.
Mark Shopland, is Director of Hockey at Sedburgh School. We’re so lucky he’s agreed to come and pass his expertise on the hockey pitch and we’re looking forward to seeing girls and boys playing together.
Alex Crockett played professional rugby for Worcester Warriors and Newcastle Falcons before taking up his position as Head of Boys’ Games at Terrington Hall. He’s enthusiastic, very experienced, and keen to coach boys and girls who are interested in the sport, whatever your level!
All classes are open to girls and boys. Children are welcome to attend all 3 sports masterclasses should they wish, but spaces are limited and by ticket only, please contact our office to book your place.
