There’s lots of fun for all the family at Yorkshire’s Garden Racecourse through the summer holidays! As always, accompanied Under 18’s go free and as well as the fantastic racing, there’s lots of free activities for them to enjoy.

There’s loads of free entertainment at our ever-popular Bank Holiday Family Day on Monday 26^th August! Professor Dan brings his magic show and Punch ‘N’ Judy, there’s Barrel Train rides, Juggling, face painting, Kub Karts, bouncy castle and lots of other activities.

Adult prices start from just £7, accompanied under 18’s go Free and you can even bring a picnic. A great value family day out guaranteed!

The YorkMix Family Raceday, on Sunday 8 September 2024, is fun for all the family, with seven thoroughbred races, and pony racing, backed by Dragon Studios, to start the day, as well as our Racing Interactive Zone and a range of children’s activities in an under cover area, including bouncy castles, giant inflatables and Joe’s Animal Encounters.

All activities are included in the price and better still, under 18s are absolutely free! (must be accompanied by an adult).

We will also joined by special guest Bluey, who will be appearing at intervals throughout the day!

We offer a combined Grandstand & Paddock and Clocktower Enclosure in a single admission. Racegoers will still be able to bring a traditional picnic to enjoy on the Bank in Clocktower Enclosure, take advantage of our special “picnic hamper cloakroom” before crossing to see the horses close up.
