Agility is York’s first indoor obstacle course fitness park. We offer a range of classes for all age groups and sessions to suit everyone. Click here for our schedule. The park consists of a ninja warrior obstacle course. ninja gym and toddlers classes and two gym studios providing a huge range of activities and training sessions for toddlers, pre school, juniors, high school and adults. With a large café and bar on two floors we cater for a wide range of parties, functions, events and group sessions.

A day out with the kids at Castle Howard is full of adventure and intrigue.
For centuries the Skelves have inhabited a secret world, over the water from Castle Howard, causing mischief and mayhem high up in the trees, interacting with birds and protecting wildlife. They’re curious about humans too and want to explore and play with them. Join them in the treetops of Yorkshire’s most magical adventure playground, Skelf Island.
Ingenious treetop nest structures connected by rope bridges, slides, nets, and climbing equipment will allow the Skelves to take young visitors on an adventure like no other.

Lightwater Valley boasts over 40 rides and attractions. Hungry families can enjoy a variety of food and drink options, including the Big Fish Trading Company, Luigi’s Pizza Restaurant; the Grill Café burgers; plus ice cream, donuts and lots more. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced rider, our cycle trails give you access to miles of bridleways, roads and tracks across the North York Moors.
Our cycle trails use a mixture of natural and man made trails similar to those found in a purpose built trail centre. Using the same style of trail marking, the mountain biking trails available are:
We also have two purpose-built all-weather cycling tracks: a pump track offering the thrills of riding a loop of banked turns and rollers; and a family-friendly cycle trail that doubles as a cyclocross track for some competitive events during autumn and winter. The family cycle trail, a 2.5km figure-of-eight, provides a longer and wider start to the existing Cliff Trail enabling families to ride side-by-side through woodland, as well as providing better access for those using adapted cycles such as handcycles.

Jubilee Park is a wonderful natural play area open with large open spaces. Lots of different equipment and activities. You can find it by walking down the lane next to the Carpenters Arms pub beer garden.
