Agility is York’s first indoor obstacle course fitness park. We offer a range of classes for all age groups and sessions to suit everyone. Click here for our schedule. The park consists of a ninja warrior obstacle course. ninja gym and toddlers classes and two gym studios providing a huge range of activities and training sessions for toddlers, pre school, juniors, high school and adults. With a large café and bar on two floors we cater for a wide range of parties, functions, events and group sessions.

Learning to swim is a key life skill for any child. Swimming lessons teach them independence, gives them the ability to get themselves out of potentially life-threatening situations, and allows them to get active while enjoying themselves.
Everyone Active’s swimming lessons start for children as young as 4 months old and are available for all ages. Choose from private one-to-one lessons, adult lessons, adult and child lessons or junior lessons. Students work towards badges and certificates, collecting them at each stage.

Toddler and me – from walking babies to 3.5years
Toddler with me, a chance for you and your little one to spend some quality time one to one or maybe a chance for you to sit with a cuppa here at Nest while your little one explores our open ended resources. From our cosy kitchen area, or maybe you have an adventurous little one that might like our Montessori play gym equipment. Finishing the class with songs & story time – making it even more magical.
Toddler and me starts from 9:30am till 10:50 giving you that option to drop your older children at school and head straight out to a class to enjoy the rest of your afternoon.
‘Baby and Me‘ here at Nest. It will be very much a ‘fourth trimester’ space, in which you can truly be ‘in the moment’ with your baby.
Also, a relaxed, serene environment to connect with other new mummies and daddies. There will be no pressure for the babies, or you, to do anything, except maybe enjoy a warm drink! But for those babies who are awake and looking for stimulation, a selection of simple, natural and gentle objects will be ready and waiting to be explored before story and songs during ‘nest time’
Baby and me starts from 11am till 12pm suitable for newborn to pre walking babies.

Puddle Ducks are award winning providers of swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. Our classes are designed to promote bonding, water confidence and water safety in a fun and loving environment. We take your little ones through a structured programme designed to develop their natural affinity with the water and encourage them to learn to swim independently.
And although we have spent many years carefully developing our progressive lesson plans to develop swimmers, our teachers adapt every activity to suit each child. Our approach ensures that your child’s needs are expertly fulfilled – never forcing development, but rather nurturing it to ensure a positive experience and love of swimming.
Our baby and pre-school programme is offered through five levels:
Floaties (0-6 months), Splashers (6-15 months), Kickers (15 months – 2.5 years), Little Dippers (2-5 years) and Dippers (2-5 years)
We run classes 7 days a week across York, Hull and East Yorkshire including the Goosewood Holiday Park (Goose Lane, Sutton on the Forest) on Wednesdays and Fridays. Our pre-school classes are specifically devised for boys and girls. The emphasis is on the development of co-ordination, discovery of mime and musicality, and group participation. The class is held in a fun environment which builds children’s confidence and self esteem for the future.
Dancing Tots’ are parent & toddler classes for 18 months plus. This class will enable your child to learn new skills through the use of movement to music, dance, singing, instruments, props, storytelling and drama. A fun packed class for you and your child to share filled with musical adventures that develop and encourage musicality, creativity, fitness and rhythm.
See your child develop balance, co-ordination and core strength on our activity circuit. Join your child on our adventure and travel to the circus, the jungle, nursery rhyme land, the toy kingdom and many more wonderful places!

Water Babies is the world’s leading Baby and Toddler swim school, swimming over 50,000 babies per week.
We’ll teach you to teach your little one to swim, from lesson one we’ll get your little one used to the sensation of water, developing their natural instincts and transforming these into core aquatic skills. Throughout our programme we use lots of song, games, toys and sensory activities suitable to each child’s stage of development, ensuring both you and your little one are having lots of fun whilst having precious time together and developing new skills. Welcome to Wild at Heart Hideaway! A community hub on the outskirts of Driffield supporting and enhancing early years development. Anybody can utilise our Hideaway through a huge selection of classes, courses, and daily sessions.
Our sessions included Come and GLOW for both under 12months or mixed ages, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Playdough Dreams and Themed Play Sessions.
We offer a home from home environment where parents and little ones can come, play, glow, connect and relax. We have two rooms to move freely between. The first being our tranquil Nest; a cosy, comfortable environment with lots of resources for little ones to enjoy. The Nest is also where we hold our Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Playdough Dreams sessions. The second room is The Nook A.K.A the GLOW room. With lots of new, specialist equipment for 2024 this room really is something special and is guaranteed to stimulate the senses.

We love welcoming families to our museum where you can step back in time to explore what life was like in this market town.
With family trails, hands-on activities, crafts and amazing exhibits you’ll find plenty to see and do for the whole family. When you’ve finished exploring the museum, why not have a picnic by the beck or potter into Pickering to explore the shops and cafes?
We have baby change facilities and somewhere for you to park your buggy while you explore upstairs at the museum.
