Pregnancy and birthing alter the alignment of a woman’s body significantly. Our pre and post natal yoga classes will focus on engaging the pelvic floor and also on the abdominal muscles in post natal yoga specifically. We will have many modifications for poses and will ensure that you get the calmness and relaxation that you need.

Aqua Natal Yoga prepares you and your body for birth by teaching you controlled breathing and gentle exercises.
The classes are 45 minutes and are suitable for Mummies-to-be 14 plus weeks to Childbirth.
