Pickering library is very excited to be hosting Pickering’s first ever Fun Palace. There will be lots of fun, FREE and interactive activities for everyone, including:
10-2.30pm -Gets hands on with WW1 and WW2, handle objects and try on soldiers and nurses costumes and even get chance to set off an air raid siren.
10-12pm – Biscuit decorating and card making. Have a go and take home what you make.
12-1pm – Family sing-along. Singing is good for the soul, come along and join in.
1.30-2.30 – Taiko Drumming. Taiko drumming is a thrilling combination of rhythm, movement and energy and lots of fun is guaranteed. Suitable for ages 12+, please book your place by contacting Pickering library on 01609 533604.
