We are hosting another England Rugby Inner Warrior camp – a fun friendly way to try rugby. You just need your usual workout kit, a bottle of water and “will do” attitude. It is run by England Rugby and club coaches – the emphasis is on fun.
Don’t worry if you aren’t that fit, you can dip in and out of activities.
Food will be provided for all participants including cupcakes and prosecco.
The event is aimed at women and girls aged 17 or older but we’d love to meet any girls in year 12 who turn 17 this school year.
The event is free and there will be some cool giveaways.
