Join us on Sunday 1st July for a day of farm themed family fun. See an impressive display of Burton Agnes Estate’s farm machinery, including 200 horsepower John Deere tractors, a 30ft cut Claas combine, a digger, sprayer, drill, plough and forklift, to name just a few!
Take your child’s photo – or have your own photo taken! – in a big yellow Caterpillar Challenger with tracks, and check out the amazing sat nav and equipment in the cab.
Take a trailer ride around the Hall’s park field, looking out over the rolling Wolds, and see if you can spot animals along the way. Pet animals including guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, sheep, donkeys, ponies, cows, pigs and very cute pygmy goats!
Try and navigate the giant bale maze, and enjoy a farm-focussed trail around the gardens and grounds of the Hall. For those who still have energy after all this, there will be a farm themed bouncy castle.
Bring a picnic rug if you like and enjoy fabulous food and locally roasted coffees from the café. Our lovingly restored 1963-vintage ice cream van will be serving delectable locally made ice cream, whilst billowing out nostalgic tunes.
The Hall will be open for you to discover, too. In the courtyard you’ll find original treats and seasonal produce in our two shops, walled garden grown plants for sale, and local artists showing their original work in the Gallery.
Come join us for some serious farm fun at Burton Agnes Hall on Sunday 1st July!
