This is an exciting time to join our Estates and Heath & Saftey Team, as we expand our Building Maintenance offer to all of our academies. You will be joining a growing team of skilled and professional staff where we have a number of positions available for Building Maintenance Personnel. You will be skilled in maintaining and enhancing our educational buildings and want to join our busy team ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all of our buildings and estate.
As part of our Building Maintenance team, you will be at the heart of our Estates and Health & Safety delivery ensuring that our premises are not just maintained, but elevated to the highest standards. Other duties include but are not limited to inspections of premises and equipment, handling basic repairs across our fourteen academies, being compliant and safe, locking and unlocking academies at pre-determined times, keeping sites safe during adverse weather.
