Next up is the Santa Arrival Parade! A tradition that signals the start of Christmas in the city, is all set to enchant young and old alike on Sunday 19th November 2023. Hull New Theatre is the starting point of this magical journey at 11:15am. The city, in partnership with Hull Bid, is rolling out the red (and green) carpet for the man in the big red suit. The streets of Hull will transform into a merry spectacle, as the parade takes a winding path through the heart of the city, bringing with it a sleigh-load of joy. The parade will wind through the city centre ending in Queen Victoria Square where Santa will then go into Princes Quay to take up residence in his grotto there until Christmas Eve.
